It's time. It's past time. They threaten our existence. They openly talk vengeance, repression, revolution, violence, executions, treason.

In 1967, Israel knew the Arabs were going to attack them. They would be facing a multi-front war. Rather than wait, they preemptively struck Egypt, destroying their entire capacity to wage war. They thus ensured the biggest threat to them was eliminated and assured their survival.

We're facing a similar situation. Republicans grow more radical and menacing every day. They've talked for years about being forced into concentration camps but we all know the real truth. Why? So they can justify doing it to us. Right straight out of the nazi playbook.

And don't think living in a blue state will protect you. That's naive.

We're in a very, very existential crisis. And if we don't respond now, we’ll be the ones who wind up like the Russian dissidents consigned to the gulags in Siberia. Or the showers at Treblinka.

It's time to fulfill that conservative prophecy. Before they do it to us. They're counting on us to be too intimidated or self-restrained to act. It's time to be proactive rather than reactive.

It's time for mass arrests. And that includes Congress and statehouses and the courts.
