Congressman Tom Reed has repeatedly fallen down on the job in NY-23, taking his constituents for granted. Tracy has reached out to people all across the district in every county, and held a session for farmers last week. One of the attendees shared the following:
I have lived here 12 years now. One of the biggest issues right now is the price of milk. There are so many unfair advantages of big farms and it’s really hurting our prices. Tom Reed doesn’t care at all. I called his office several times and he doesn’t answer his phones or call back or acknowledge anyone. When I finally spoke to someone, what I got from that phone call was Reed believes all small farmers are just whiny and we should just give up because we lost….
I am a rigid republican, but it disappoints me that someone I have supported so much (Reed) doesn’t care. I got no satisfaction from Reed, so I decided to reach out to those running against him. Out of all the candidates, I feel Tracy has the gumption to beat Reed. ~ Anthony Marco, previous Reed voter
Tracy is ready to work hard and fight for strong policies to support local farmers. Hear her talk about some of her ideas here.
