The latest information from the weather station run by Oregon State University located just down the hill from us shows we are about 21% low at the end of the third year of La Nina, supposedly cooler and wetter in the PNW. We have 24.56 inches from September 1, normal is 31.45. I wonder how dry it will get when we get El Nino. The local weather guy says today will be above average for temp, but 12 of 18 days of March are below normal.
