First Jimmy Kimmel went on national television and correctly called Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) a liar on national television and now NPR is explaining Cassidy’s own viciously cruel healthcare bill to Bill Cassidy himself. This saga started last night when NPR sent a series of tweets highlighting various key facts about the contents of the Graham-Cassidy bill being considered by Senate Republicans. Let’s begin here:

Seems straightforward enough. NPR was just outlining the facts of the bill. Sen. Cassidy shot back, calling the facts of his own bill “false.” That turned out to be a huge mistake because NPR shot back and ended up publicly explaining Sen. Cassidy’s bill to Sen. Cassidy himself.
